Four things to constantly remind yourself daily to keep your mind open and not disillusioned:
1. There is no such thing as only a good person and only a bad person.
2. Unawareness of ourselves and our actions leads us to categorizing our life.
3. Power can be intoxicating. Don’t let that overpower your control of your life.
4. Leaders of the self and others integrate their life as much as possible in EVERYTHING they do.
What is your relationship to _______________?  Fill it in and think about it. : )
Here are some examples: reading, writing, learning, eating, exercising, nature, music, hobbies, values, friends, family, science, technology, mathematics, literature, dancing
Whatever it is make it a memorable and life-enriching relationship.

Our inward power, when it obeys nature, reacts to events by accommodating itself to what it faces – to what is possible. It needs no specific material. It pursues its own aims as circumstances allow; it turns obstacles into fuel. As a fire overwhelms what would have quenched a lamp. What’s thrown on top of the conflagration is absorbed, consumed by it – and makes it burn still higher.

Today’s Thought - Thinking about Thinking

Thoughts are extremely powerful. The biggest question is what are you thinking about when you are doing the most mundane or easy tasks?

Very easily we can think negative things and make assumptions, jump to conclusions, live in denial, and so much more.

But with awareness, we can focus on the positive, appreciate the simple things, love those that are close to us, plan ahead, and further practice positive thinking.

Thinking can make you or break you. Let’s face it, you are practicing positive thinking or negative thinking every minute of every day willingly or unwillingly. Just make sure you think about how and what you think about.

It’s all about awareness. With that, you’re closer to a more authentic and fulfilling life.
