These are fun. Brain DUMP. SPLAT! Now I can sleep.
Today’s intellectual thought to contemplate is a significant one to me. It’s all about awareness and position. It’s about change. It’s about bringing a sudden halt in what we experience as the norm.
Of course, I’m talking about transition. A time when you may break old habits and start anew.Good or bad, it happens in different degrees, but how we react to it is crucial. Will we forget it happened and move on? Or will we accept it, embrace it, learn from it, and understand that the change has brought growth?
It’s all up to you. Change is inevitable. Sometimes is comes quickly, other times slowly. Our job is to anticipate it if possible, have a positive outlook on how we can adapt when it happens, and continue to move forward.
I think the key is stopping to observe every once in a while. Recognize change, because it sometimes happens in the blink of an eye. Are you aware enough to recognize how transitions change you? Can you prepare for it? How? Why is the change happening? What can you do today, tomorrow, months into the future?
Learn to be more self-aware and ask questions. Be curious. Think and make decisions with your heart and mind.
Transitioning brings about challenges. Why do you do what you do? How do you know what you know?
THINK ABOUT IT.
